DUTIES: Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Personnel Force Innovation (PFI) Program** a Undersecretary of Defense (Comptroller) chartered program to bring Reservists and Guardsmen on active duty tours to fill critical DoD needs in Defense Working capital funded agencies*** assists in the daily coordination and operations of the program*** trains and mentors a joint eight member staff*** resolves complex and difficult personnel and finance actions in coordination with DA** USAF** USCG and DoD staffs*** serves as principle liaison with DoD and uniformed Services staffs for both active and reserve forces*** maintains quality control over all actions originating in or conducted through program. Travels extensively with PFI Director briefing current and prospective agencies on the merits of the program. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Successful applicant will have knowledge or experience in AORS** DAMPS-A** DJMS-RC** and the Army and Air Force orders process as well as a working knowledge of finance and MIPRS. Must be a creative thinker and a persuasive speaker. |
