Help Desk requires as much of the following information as possible in order to verify your identity and process your request. Please fill out as many of the fields as you can in order to reduce the time required to get back to you so you can log into Avue Digital Services. Fields labeled in red with an * are required.
Our preferred method of contacting you is by email. If you don't have an email address, we must have a telephone number where we can reach you between 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. lf the Help Desk cannot match your information with an account on the system, we will not be able to fulfill your request, and you may have to create a new account on the system. We will let you know if that is the case.
